Shipping Services Offered

We use MaltaPost for standard individual orders and FedEx for bulk shipments to the USA. Depending on your order value and quantity, one of the following services will apply.

1. MaltaPost Standard Post (orders under $10)

This service is ideal for smaller-value orders. Items are sent via MaltaPost's ordinary mail stream. While cost-effective and reliable for most deliveries, please note that Standard Post does not include tracking updates or a signature upon delivery. As a result, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for lost or undelivered items sent via this service.

2. MaltaPost Registered Tracked Mail (orders of $20 or more)

Orders totaling $20 or above automatically qualify for our upgraded Registered Mail service. This service offers full online tracking from dispatch to delivery. You will receive a unique tracking number via email once your order is shipped. A signature is required upon receipt, providing extra security and peace of mind for both you and us. This service is recommended for higher-value orders or important items.

3. Bulk Orders to the USA (10+ orders)

For customers in the USA we have a working solution where we collect and send 10 orders ,in one shipment and we offer two FedEx shipping options:

• Bulk Send (Most Economical)
  We consolidate all items into a single bulk shipment sent via FedEx. This is the most cost-effective option. Delivery takes slightly longer than direct send but offers significant savings. Once in U.S.A my partner Steve will send them via USPS.

• Direct Send via FedEx
  Each order is packed and shipped individually via FedEx directly to each recipient. This option is faster and provides individual tracking per package, but at a higher cost.

Important: For bulk orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide the best shipping rate based on your quantity and destination.

• Bulk send: Most economical – ideal for resellers, gift sets, or group orders

• Direct send: Faster – each package tracked individually
